Gugan is the Chief of Optometry and a Director at Divine Myndz. He has well over a decade of experience in neuro optometry, behavioral optometry, vision therapy, starting with his private practice in 2013 and later founder & director Divine Myndz. He is at the forefront of shaping an integrated approach to vision therapy. He has experience in over 100 eye camps and expertise in handling conditions like Amblyopia (lazy eye), Strabismus (Squint), Binocular vision anomalies and neurological vision related cases like ASD, Asperger’s syndrome, Cerebral palsy, Dyslexia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, William’s syndrome, Down’s Syndrome. As Chief of Optometry, he mentors young optometrists through training and practice advisory. He is invited to lecture on topics of interest at Optometry colleges and other institutions. He is pursuing a PhD in Neuro Optometry and a Fellowship at the OVDRA. His current research interests are in exploring applied techniques in ASD. Prior to starting his private practice, Gugan has worked in leading eye hospitals where he gained valuable knowledge and insights.
He holds a membership in Optometry council of India (OCI), The college of Optometrist (MCOptom), UK and Australian College of Syntonics (ACS)
Subha is the Head of Therapy and co- founder & managing director at Divine Myndz. She is an experienced vision therapist and psychotherapist. As head of therapy, Subha oversees the collaborative and integrative aspects of therapy at Divine Myndz. She has been instrumental in bridging divides and building a strong integration between the different therapies and professionals involved. Subha also practices reflex integration as part of her vision therapy practice. She is Reiki Grand Master. Subha holds a Bachelors degree in Microbiology, a Masters degree in Psychology and a diploma in special education. She is ever hungry to learn new ways to help people through therapy and healing. She is mother to three beautiful daughters one of whom has special needs.
Sunderam is the Head of Business at Divine Myndz. He has two decades of experience in various roles across industries. He is passionate about business dynamics, quality management, inclusive growth, customer centricity and scaling businesses. He has helped Divine Myndz navigate the balance between quality and affordability, and was instrumental in shaping the business at Divine Myndz. Sunderam has worked in roles such as computer scientist, patent search analyst, technical consultant, general manager and growth consultant at different companies over the years. He holds a Bachelors degree in engineering, a masters degree in Information management and a masters degree in Computer Engineering.
Subha is the Head of Therapy and Managing Director at Divine Myndz. She is an experienced vision therapist and psychotherapist.
